  We had an extremely difficult situation to deal with and Jim helped us out above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. He was always there for us when we needed him. The sevice itself was very good. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The only reason for having a lower rating is the building/chapel is very basic, clean but no decoration.
